MINUTE OF THE MEETING

Intro
The 24/7 Connect Gh is the mother name of groups of organizations in Ghana. 24/7 Connect Gh has the the following organizations under its umbrella:
I Care For You ICFY
Neggas With Attitude NWA
Time No Dey TND
24/7 Event House
24/7 Connect can boast of a number of branches in Ghana. We are in ; Accra, UG, Cape Coast, Tarkwa, Kumasi Poly and UDS
Mission
Promoting the interest of members
Hyping and Organizing of Events on campus
Providing of Dancers for performance on campus events.
Providing Musicians for performance on campus events and assisting members who are musicians to record their songs.
Vision
To help unearth and promote the potentials of individuals in a society (campus).
Decisions Taken
We shall create a Facebook page for the campus branch and account on other social media networks
We must get a website for the mother 24/7 Connect Gh and a blog for the campus branch
We shall print out both short and long sleeve shirts at a cost of Gh25 and Gh35 respectively but I Care For You one of the portfolio under 24/7 Connect Gh will subsidize 5gh for members who shall be going on the tour.
We agreed on the following outdoor events that we should be organizing per trimester;
Dance Battles and Shows
Rap Battles and Shows
Partner other event crews on campus in organizing parties
We also agreed on dues payment but we couldn't agreed on the amount per trimester
We appointed the following as the acting executives;
J A Cobby as Chairman Ag
Joe P as Secretary Ag
Razak Ornamento as Organizer Ag
We shall be registering members and issuance of membership cards but we have not agreed on the amount_
In all it was a successful meeting. We pray that in our next meeting, all members here shall be present.
